Pastor Ken Polley came on Faithbridge staff in 2010 and currently serves as Interim Lead & Executive Pastor. He is a Faithbridge supported missionary with Ministry Developers Network. He mentors and counsels pastors; assists in church intervention with conflicts and difficult situations; creates ministry tools; and oversees and develops ministry staff for MDN. He has been in a pastoral role for seventeen years and has served at Oak Hills Christian College as Adjunct Faculty. He and His wife, Lorelei, have three children, Seth, Sean (Karla) and Jenna (Luke).
Pastor Phil Campbell was asked to serve as our Youth Pastor in August of 2004. He graduated from Liberty University in Virginia. He and his wife, Anna, served as youth leaders in Rock Solid for several years prior to coming on staff. He and Anna have four children, Victoria, Anika, Trey and Amelia.
Pastor David Cripe joined the staff as Senior’s Visitation Pastor in 2011. He grew up in Indiana and graduated from Western Bible College in 1971. They retired from a sister church in Breckenridge, MN where they had pastored for several years. He and his wife Verna have two grown children and the highlight of their lives is having their son and daughter and their granchildren come to visit.
Kelly Maninga grew up in Menahga and worked at Ness Motors (which became Park Rapids Ford) from 1983 to 2018. After much prayer and consideration, God made it obvious to him to join the staff here at Faithbridge Church as Administrative Coordinator in May of 2018. Kelly and his wife Becky have two grown children, Drew (Sarah) and Tasha.
Aaron Bradt moved from Hudson, WI in 1996 and worked as a Pastry Chef for 3M Wonewok through 2013. God called him to join Faithbridge staff in 2014 as the Worship and Small Groups Coordinator. He and his wife Becky have 6 children, Elizabeth, Emily, Michelle, Noelle, Gabriella and David.
